VAN CANTO Covers NIGHTWISH's 'Wishmaster'; Video Available

The official video for German "a cappella metal" band VAN CANTO's version of the NIGHTWISH classic "Wishmaster" can be viewed below. The song is featured on VAN CANTO's new album, "Hero", which was released on September 26 through GUN Records. The CD features 10 songs, including originals like "Speed Of Light" as well as covers of several metal classics, among them songs by IRON MAIDEN, NIGHTWISH and MANOWAR. The album also includes a bonus DVD.

VAN CANTO consists of five singers and one drummer (no guitars, no bass, no keyboards).

VAN CANTO's debut album, "A Storm To Come", was released in 2006 through General Schallplatten and re-released last year through GUN Records. It features seven original tracks as well as cover versions of METALLICA's "Battery" and "Stora Rövardansen" from the movie "Ronja Rövardotter".
